Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Inzwa platform. By installing the Inzwa app or creating a merchant account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Inzwa Service
Inzwa provides an AI-powered sales assistant widget for Shopify storefronts and a demand intelligence dashboard for merchants. The widget helps shoppers find products through voice and text conversation. The dashboard analyzes aggregated interaction signals to surface demand patterns, unmet product needs, and revenue opportunities. Inzwa is a business-to-business (B2B) service intended for Shopify merchants.
Pilot and Beta Status
Inzwa is currently in an early pilot phase. The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy of AI-generated insights, or continuous availability. Features may change or be removed without notice during this period. Business decisions made based on the platform's outputs are made entirely at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time during the pilot phase.
Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Inzwa account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information about your store. You are responsible for the accuracy of your Shopify catalog data, as Inzwa uses it as the source of truth for product recommendations and demand analysis. You must be authorized to accept these terms on behalf of your business.
Your Responsibilities for Shopper Privacy
By installing the Inzwa widget, you acknowledge that your shoppers' conversations will be processed by Inzwa on your behalf. You are the Data Controller for your shoppers' data under GDPR. You are responsible for updating your storefront's privacy policy to inform shoppers that an AI-powered assistant is active on your store and that interaction data may be used to provide assistance and generate demand insights. You must not deploy the Inzwa widget in jurisdictions where you cannot lawfully use a conversational AI tool on your storefront.
Acceptable Use
You may use Inzwa only for lawful business purposes in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Inzwa's algorithms, models, or data pipelines; use the service to process sensitive personal data categories such as health, financial, or biometric data; interfere with the service's security or integrity; or use the service in violation of Shopify's Partner Program Policies.
Intellectual Property
The Inzwa platform, including its algorithms, processing pipeline, dashboard interface, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Inzwa. You retain full ownership of your Shopify store data. Aggregated and anonymized demand signal data derived from interactions on your store may be used internally by Inzwa to improve the service; it will never be shared in a form that identifies your store or your shoppers.
Service Availability
Inzwa does not guarantee any specific level of service availability, particularly during the current pilot phase. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Shopify, Google Cloud, Deepgram, and Brevo, which may be subject to outages or changes beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of planned maintenance in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inzwa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost profits, missed sales, or data loss. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid to Inzwa in the three months preceding the claim, or €100 if no fees have been paid.
Termination
You may stop using Inzwa at any time by uninstalling the Shopify app. Inzwa may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by Shopify, or if we decide to end the pilot program. Upon termination or uninstallation, your merchant data will be permanently deleted in accordance with Shopify's GDPR compliance process, typically within 48 hours.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Finnish or EU consumer protection law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the Inzwa service evolves. We will notify active merchants of significant changes by email with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at inzwa.co/terms.
